Tile Roofing

I am a General Contractor and I had friends from different trades that were friends with Javier. After my long time roofing contractor retired, I found my self looking for a regular roofer. Enter Stay Dry Roofing. I was practically sold after my call to their office. Fast answering, friendly, professional. Then meeting Javier in person. It was like meeting a Celebrity. He greeted me with Hey Boss and went right to work on the estimate. He took pics and explained everything he needed to do. We agreed at a price, and i was very please with his quality of work. His crew even did a great job cleaning up. I think i found my new roofer.

My dad was a roofer for 30 years. He took much pride in his work. Unfortunately he passed away due to COVID-19. I’m glad I chose Stay Dry Roofing. Javier Garcia is an old school roofer like my dad. He understands roofing is an art. They did a fantastic job. My dad would give 5 Stars.

The last replacement done to our roof, the owner or foreman was never there and the workers sat around smoking pot. We saw Stay Dry Roofing on Facebook and called them. We were impressed when Javier the owner said that he would personally be on the roof every day. The week went fast, our roof just passed final inspection, and watching them leave was like saying goodbye at the airport to family members.

Thank you, Javier and crew.

Stay Dry Roofing repaired three areas of my building’s flat roof with Silicone Coating.

They even built up one area to improve the drainage.

Fantastic Company.

I own commercial buildings and 1st called Javier just to do some pre winter maintenance and drain cleaning. After the 2nd rain, a couple of the buildings had leaks.

Stay Dry Roofing even has a 24 hour emergency tarping service. When the rain stopped, they were on the roof the next day making the repair. This is a company that likes what they do.

When picking a roofer to replace my mothers Asphalt Shingle Roof, knowing that the house would some day be mine, I wanted a company that was a staple in our area. I picked Stay Dry Roofing. They are a 3rd generation family owned company with 25 years of experience. I knew thay would be around for a long time to come. They did an exceptional job, and I know they will still be there after our Warranty his expired.
